12:35pm, at CoreLife Eatery: Steak, bacon and bleu cheese greens bowl (baby spinach and mesclun mix, grass-fed tri-tip steak, bacon, beets, walnuts, tomatoes, gorgonzola cheese and yogurt bleu cheese dressing) and a half-slice of whole grain bread.

6:10pm, from Sahota Indian Restaurant: Chicken tikka saagwala (boneless pieces of white meat chicken cooked in fresh garden spinach with fresh herbs), rice, papadum (unleavened lentil bread) and vegetable pakora (blend of vegetables, deep-fried).
