#2431: Thursday, May 28, '20: Take nothing for granted

Daily Comment
I haven't been making Daily Comments a lot. The reason should be obvious: I'm pretty much in lock-down, going out only to do the necessary things, like grocery shopping and doctor's appointments (so far, that's all I've done since I returned to New York).

So there isn't much going on. Not much to write about.

I don't know when that will change.

I am missing the things that are most important to me: Seeing and making music with my friends.

I'm filling my time with Spanish lessons and TV (which I am watching on my computer, mostly).

Part of the reason for this is that I've had lower back pain since my last week in Florida. It got very intense last weekend, and when I finally got a prescription for a muscle relaxer, it started helping immediately.

So I've been walking a bit every day.

When you see a 'No Comment' in the title, it means I haven't done anything, or thought of anything worth writing about.

I'm grateful just to be able to continue, as it's never something to be taken for granted.

Today's Weight:                    205.5 lbs.
Previous Weight (5/27/20):         206.6 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     - 1.1 lbs.

My first loss of the week, and I'm below where I started Monday.

Food Log
Breakfast
5:05pm: Purple-green protein smoothie with almonds, kefir, large organic egg, chia gel, kale, spinach, frozen organic berries, whey powder (24g protein), coconut oil, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, moringa leaf powder, fo ti (mushroom powder), cinnamon, turmeric and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
10:20pm: Pork rinds, creamed cottage cheese, and two Quest bars.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;   Coffee: 24 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz.;
