Diet Comment
I think I figured out what is happening to my weight: My rise in weight corresponds to the time I've been taking the muscle relaxers. I've been eating very much on plan. It's the only explanation I have - and yes, I know that that doesn't make it the right one. But I'm thinking I was losing weight until I started taking them, and then I started gaining weight.

Breakfast
5:55pm: Deli-sliced roasted turkey breast and a salad (Spring mix greens and balsamic vinaigrette.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
11:50pm: Steamed brussel sprouts with butter, pepper, olive oil and shaved parmesan cheese.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.;
