7:00 pm: Kale and spinach with peppers, onions, eggs and smoked salmon.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
12:45am: Manchego cheese and walnuts, brussel sprouts with olive oil, and two Quest bars.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 76+ oz.;
