Here's the thing about non-duality: It is difficult to communicate. Because of the whole transmitter/receiver thing needed for communications.
If I say, "All is one", who am I saying it to? If it's true, it doesn't need to be said.
That said (ha-ha) I believe it is true, and the difficulty is kind of like when you lose your keys in your house. You know they're in the house, you had to unlock the door to get in, so they aren't really lost, you've forgotten where you left them (they're in your pocket).
Similarly, it is as though we've forgotten, in a deep way, that we are all one with everything (insert Buddhist priest/hot dog vendor joke). We are all one, we've just forgotten it, and we aren't used to thinking that way.
Or living as though that were true. And its a chicken-and-egg deal: If we thought that way, we could live that way, and it would be our reality, but first we'd have to change the way we live so we could think that way.
Or vice-versa.

We can't trust thinking to find the answer. I said before that " Problems aren't solved by thinking, but by Insight ". I think this is still relevant. We need to just pay attention to what is happening inwardly and outwardly now, letting go of the past, to allow our understanding to be informed by intuition. To"hear" our intuition we must stop listening to our thoughts. my solution to the chicken/egg dilemma - Mind created the chicken and the egg simultaneously.

DeleteSo I have been through another medical incident. This time, not such a scare due to Andy's excellent advise or comment that there is nothing wrong with me until I find out that there is. Turns out that again, there was nothing seriously wrong with me. Basically, I had abnormal bleeding and painful urination. (these are the primary signs of uterine or ovarian cancer). Went to doctor- spent all day at the doctor- no signs of cancer. Probably due to vaginal atrophy due to menopause. So all is good. Love you both.
