Net Loss/Gain:                     + 2.2 lbs.
Diet Comment
Wow! A kilo gain and I'm at the high weight of the year. I'm not happy about this at all, especially since yesterday was an on-plan day, although it did include a lot of food, including some very salty, high-calorie eating at the end of the day. Oh, well, I'll battle back this weekend.

Breakfast
4:05pm:
LEO (lox, eggs and onions) on brussel sprouts.
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
11:00: Chef's salad (arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, roasted turkey breast, shaved parmesan cheese, walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette) and toasted Ezekiel 4:19 Flax Sprouted grain bread and butter.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
