Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    203.9 lbs.
Previous Weight (3/27/19):         202.6 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 1.3 lbs.
Diet Comment
I guess eating at the Dinosaur BBQ, and having a beer and a drink is not the formula for weight loss. My bad. Poor planning on my part.

Food Log
Breakfast
3:45pm: Lox, eggs and onions (LEO).

Lunch
7:00pm: Large salad (arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, walnuts, shaved parmesan cheese, balsamic vinaigrette) and a Quest bar.

Dinner
11:45pm: Pork rinds and cottage cheese.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 12 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 68+ oz.; a can of Pabst Blue Ribbon beer
