#2226: Tuesday, March 26: Return of routine

Slowly, I'm getting back to my routine.

Still no clarity regarding Modafferi, which is a little irksome, but put on the back-burner.

I breakfasted at CoreLife with my friend Al, resuming our usual routine.

I went to two open mics: Limp Lizard Liverpool and Maxwell's, where I was warmly greeted, got to play two good sets, which were just as enjoyable as they were well-received.

I'm not completely recovered from my three-months travel, but I'm making good progress.

I'm grateful for that, and, well, everything.


Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    203.4 lbs.
Previous Weight (3/25/19):         200.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 3.4 lbs.
Diet Comment
This dramatic one-day gain is brought to me by a big bag of Terra chips that overloaded me with sodium, causing me to retain water. Soon gone, maybe even in a day, thanks to today's fast (less than six hundred calories consumed).

Food Log
Breakfast
5:20pm, at CoreLife: Shiitake mushroom and Roasted Tofu broth bowl: Chicken bone broth, shiitake mushrooms, napa cabbage, shredded kale, roasted tofu, sprouts, ginger, lemongrass, sliced almonds. .

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
Skipped.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;   Coffee: 8 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.; and a glass of merlot.
