Lunch
8:55pm: Purple-green protein smoothie with homemade almond milk, kefir, large organic egg, chia gel, kale, spinach, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, celery, whey powder (24g protein), coconut oil, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, moringa leaf powder, fo ti, cinnamon, turmeric, vanilla extract, Dr. Gundry's Vital Reds and stevia-inulin blend.
Dinner
12:45am: Cottage cheese, a 70% cacao chocolate bar, and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
5:45pm: A Quest bar.

it is so amazing that you have kept this going for 7 1/2 years. And, that you are in another band. You had better keep journaling while you are away. I love what you write and how present it makes you in my life. Love you
ReplyDeleteI intend to journal throughout this trip, in fact, the whole time I am away this winter (there are a total of 3 trips and 5 destinations. I will copy my journal to Facebook photo albums, where there will be more pictures. And, I love you!
