Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                      199.2 lbs.
Previous Weight (12/4/18):           199.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       + 0.2 lbs.
Diet Comment
Although yesterday's bad eating didn't register as a bad day - it might be worse, because the day before is only an estimate. However, two days in a row, caught out without a good eating plan will not pass without notice, and will not good for the chart.

Food Log
Breakfast
5:15pm: Scrambled eggs with onions and peppers, and bacon and a salad (kale, chard, spinach, cabbage, walnuts, shaved parmesan cheese and balsamic vinaigrette).

Lunch
10:55pm: Pizza with onion, pepper and sausage.

Dinner
1:55am: A Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.; and two bottles of Stella Artois beer.
