Daily Comment

I am still sick. But this afternoon I began feeling better. Thank you, CORE chicken bone broth.

I went out to pick up my lunch, and then later for a few minutes on an errand. I cancelled plans to go out and stayed home, making and eating dinner and a snack.

Resting. I need to feel even better for tomorrow night's gig.

I'm not pushing anything.

Chicken Bone Broth Bowl with grilled chicken, kale, spinach, cauliflower, mushrooms, and broccoli.
Snack
Roast beef on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax bread with greens and home-made mayonnaise.

Dinner
Salad made with sriracha chicken, kale, spinach chard, cole slaw mix, feta cheese and balsamic vinaigrette.

Snack
A Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee:  0 oz.;  Water: 96+ oz.
