Today, I got nothing.

Food and Diet Section



Today's Weight:                   205.0 lbs
Previous Weight (2/3):            202.6 lbs
Day Net Loss/Gain:                + 2.4 lbs

Diet Comment
I believe every ounce of this weight gain is attributable to the vast amount of chocolate candy eaten at the studio last night, because, otherwise, I ate very well, very on-plan. I was going to fast until dinner, but then I had to deal with some home-cooking brought in to work. Sigh.


Food Log
Breakfast
Another fail: A big, home-baked apple-marzipan Danish. Yes, a cheat, but simply irresistible.

Lunch
A couple of Quest bars and a few slices of pepperoni (on the run).

Dinner
Pepperoni and cole slaw.

Liquid Intake
   Coffee:  28 oz.   Water: 96+ oz.
