I had something to write today, but the day got away from me. Then, I had a gig. Then I fell asleep. As soon as I post this (Saturday), I'll be driving into the City. Blog resumes Tuesday or Wednesday. Thank you for your support.

Diet Comment
Yesterday's modified fast - seven Quest bars (less than 1200 Calories) and water intake did a one-day miracle, which is good, because today wasn't that, for sure, and I'm heading into a long weekend of off-plan eating in NYC.

Lunch
At Ling-Ling's Chinese Buffet and Grill:
Brussels sprouts, kimchee, and, from the "Mongolian Grill", my go-to dish: pork and chicken with cabbage, onions, mushrooms, green peppers and broccoli. A Quest bar for dessert.
Dinner
Pepperoni, Dubliner cheese, and a Quest bar.

Snack
A Quest bar.
Pepperoni, Dubliner cheese, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Coffee:  0 oz.   Water: 80oz.
