Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    193.5 lbs.
Previous Weight (6/2/25):          192.2 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    +  1.3 lbs.
Diet Comment
I guess this was to be expected after the big pho dinner (so big, I couldn't finish and yet still had no appetite to eat for the rest of the night, very unusual). Eating restaurant food isn't always good for weight control (there are only a couple of places I dine out at that are), but I have no regrets. My meal at Urban Pho was good, and good for me, even if not slimming. I don't dine out regularly when I'm at home. A once-in-a-while treat does no lasting harm.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:25pm: Sausage (spicy Italian chicken), cabbage and eggs, with broccoli.
Lunch
8:50pm, at Pump Pizza: A slice of deep-dish pepperoni pizza. Oops1 An unplanned error. As Oscar Wilde said, "I can resist anything except temptation."
Dinner
11:10pm: A Quest bar and peanut butter.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
