Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    192.4 lbs.
Previous Weight (5/2/25):          191.6 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    +  0.8 lbs.
Diet Comment
The weekend weight gain never bothers me. What is bothering me today (health-wise) is higher than usual readings on my blood pressure and blood sugar tests. These are very rare today. Getting two bad readings (and a slight weigh-gain) is about all the bad news I can handle.
Food Log
Breakfast
12:55pm: 
Brussel sprouts with scrambled eggs, shaved parmesan cheese and prosciutto.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
10:00pm: Veggie Sloppy Joe (Quorn Meatless Grounds (myoprotein), kale, spinach, and Rao's Tomato Basil Sauce) on Edamame pasta with goat cheese. A protein bar. Mixed nuts and Swiss cheese.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz.;
