Almost no change, almost no comment, but this: chile spiced mangoes are delicious. Also cheap. I cannot stop eating them once I start. Luckily, the only place I know of where I can get them is Trader Joe's, and it is the most inconveniently located place I get food from, so now that I've finished off the half-dozen packs I bought last week, I'm safe for a while.

I was a little drunk and very stoned. I wasn't even hungry. But, 'round midnight, I demolished an entire package of chile-coated dried mango and its weight in mixed nuts. Until then, I might have registered a loss today, but the chile-coated dried mangos I get from Trader Joe's are like crack, and I am helpless when I have a package. Hence, today's gain.

A 'bad' weekend, and I'm at the high weight of the year. Sigh. It's a good weight, more than five pounds below my original goal weight from 2010, which I reached more than fourteen years ago. But I was happier five pounds lighter.

Another gain. I have been gaining weight since I stopped taking capsaicin at the end of July. Still not at my year's high, I have seen an increase in my appetite, which might be related to the weed I've been smoking. Not that that will make me stop smoking. Last night, after I had finished dinner, I got a craving. I am week. My first 'midnight snack' in a long time. Until then, I was on plan, and probably wouldn't have seen this gain.

A big gain for one day. Probably an anomaly, we'll see how the rest of the week goes. It is within a pound-and-a-half of my high weight of the year (194.4 lbs.), which happened (twice) in May, and my highest weight since then. To be fair, I earned it by eating a long, long dinner - lots of calories over an almost 2-hour stretch.
