Net Loss/Gain:                    -  0.5 lbs.
Diet Comment
The weight loss continues. I swear, if it wasn't for my diabetes-watch, I'd be adding in carbs a lot more (like today).
Food Log
Breakfast
1:15pm:
Super oatmeal and quinoa (steel-cut oats, quinoa, chia seeds, hemp seeds, blueberries, cherries, whey protein, walnuts, kefir, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, mushroom powder).
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
10:25pm: Turkey salad (turkey breast, shaved parmesan cheese, arugula, cabbage, chard, green peas, kale, spinach, rtanch dressing and chili crisps.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz.;
