Diet Comment
A lot of nuts, a lot of cheese, a lot of chocolate, and that's in addition to two big meals. Hence, weight gain. Temporary, of course. I hope.

Breakfast
2:05pm: Quorn Grounds sloppy Joe (Quorn Grounds mushroom protein, Rao's Tomato Basil sauce, kale, spinach, chia seeds) and scrambled eggs with goat cheese.

Lunch
6:00pm: A Quest bar.
Dinner
10:25pm: A chicken-prosciutto-Swiss cheese melt on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread with spicy coleslaw, mixed nuts and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 30+ oz.;
