Diet Comment
A nice change in direction from the weekend's gain. Yesterday's eating was on-plan, as far as content, but not normal. I came home from a rehearsal at about 8:30pm and I was starving. I opted for what was immediately edible: mixed nuts. And Swiss cheese. Then a Quest bar. And that, as they say, was that. No more food, not the dinner I was planning, for sure.

Breakfast
2:05pm: Brussels sprouts with eggs, prosciutto and goat cheese.

Lunch
6:00pm, at CoreLife Eatery: Buddha bowl, with spicy chicken subbed for tofu: sweet potatoes, spinach, quinoa, black beans, chick peas, avocado, chicken.
Dinner
11:55pm: Mixed nuts and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 10 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.; and a couple of shots of Tullamore Dew.
