Diet Comment
Whatever has been taking the weight off, it couldn't correct for my having eaten almost a full jar of peanut butter last night. We'll see how that works out over the weekend.

11:55pm: Celery, cottage cheese, melted Swiss cheese on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread.

Espressos: 1; Coffee: 16 oz.; Water: 40+ oz.; and a nice pour of Jameson's Irish whiskey.
