Diet Comment
This is like the impossible happening. I had a high-calorie, high-carbohydrate, high-fat dinner, and lost weight, and not just a little! I can't wait to get to the doctor's next week for my physical. I'm at my low weight of the decade.

Lunch
4:00pm: Greens and salmon omelet, (arugula, chard, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers, smoked salmon, Swiss cheese and eggs) over riced cauliflower.
Dinner
11:55pm: A Quest bar, mixed nuts and dried apricot.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 40+ oz.; and a Jameson's Irish whiskey.
