Diet Comment
I don't journal my food or track my weight Saturdays and Sundays. No good reason for it, it just gives the weekend a little more definition (I'm retired, weekends no longer have built-in differentiation - every day is pretty much the same) by letting me relax my scrutiny and discipline.
Typically, that means I am more willing to abandon the plan and indulge, and, historically, gain some weight.
Not this year - so far.

Breakfast

6:00pm: Mixed nuts and dried apricots.
Dinner
9:15pm: Salmon burger with cole slaw, broccoli and Swiss cheese, mixed nuts and dark chocolate.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 10 oz.; Water: 60+ oz.;
