Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    191.7
 lbs.
Previous Weight (4/23/25):         192.4 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    -  0.7 lbs.
Diet Comment
The weight range I'm in now - the low 190s - is the lightest weight I've been in decades! I doubt this weight is sustainable, and this weight loss my be due to a new medication I started last week.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:35pm: 
Prosciutto and cabbage omelet (red and green cabbage, mushrooms, onions and peppers, prosciutto and eggs) with sweet potatoes.
Lunch
7:00pm: Mixed nuts, cottage cheese and a Quest bar.
Dinner
9:45pm: Salmon with coleslaw on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 10 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.;
