Diet Comment
The weekend was a mix of good and bad eating, par for the course. Sunday night, however, was part of the bad eating: a lot of chips and dip. Absolutely diet-destroying.

Breakfast
12:30pm: Prosciutto and greens omelet (eggs, prosciutto, Swiss cheese, mixed greens, mushrooms, and onions). Air-fried brussels sprouts.

6:15, at Kabob House: Chicken shwarma kofta gyro and falafels (1/2 eaten there).

9:35pm, from Kabob House: The other half lunch.

Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 44+ oz.;
