Net Loss/Gain:                    +  0.5 lbs.
Diet Comment
A little gain - I think my body is adjusting to some new medication I started taking this week. I might gain more, even keeping on plan. We'll see.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:15pm: 
Fretta (red and green cabbage, eggs, prosciutto, peppers, onions, mushrooms, goat cheese).
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
9:55pm: Mixed nuts and a Quest bar. Scrambled eggs on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain toast.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.;
