Net Loss/Gain: + 0.9 lbs.
Diet Comment
Since I got home and got back to weighing myself on weekdays, the daily variation on my weight has been minor enough to only count as noise. When one day's change exceeded the 'noise' threshold, there was a quick but moderate correction over the next couple of days. Today is just an example of that noise. This weight is below my average weight for April (the first whole month of actual weighings this year), which, at just under 193 pounds, is my lightest weight in at least two decades.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:35pm: Sardines on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread with cream cheese. Brussels sprouts with parmesan cheese. And a 'cabbage pancake,' which is something I invented while making out my shopping list (lol). It's basically cottage cheese pancake mix binding sauteed cabbage. FWIW, it was delicious, and I will probably make it again. But also, it made this breakfast much too much - I ate it all, but it was really enough food for two breakfasts. An unforced error on my part, I think.
