Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    192.4
 lbs.
Previous Weight (4/24/25):         191.7 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    +  0.7 lbs.
Diet Comment
Nothing to do with weight loss, but I just found out I'm going to be a grandfather (first time for me). That news is the only news I care about right now.
Food Log
Breakfast
12:15pm: Cottage cheese pancakes (cottage cheese, rolled oats, eggs) with butter and maple syrup, and honey-sweetened chia gel with blueberries.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
8:55pm: Popcorn, a Quest bar with peanut butter.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 16 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
