1:20pm: Breakfast Cabbage (red and green cabbage, eggs, mushrooms, onions and peppers, prosciutto, Swiss cheese). Brussels sprouts.

4:15pm: Chili-coated dry mangoes.

11:45pm: Miso ramen soup with green peas (ViteRamen high-protein, high-fiber ramen kit).
