12:55pm: Oatmeal-cottage cheese pancakes (w/eggs, chia and hemp seeds, butter and maple syrup). Buttered steamed broccoli.

Skipped.

8:55pm: Mixed nuts and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 40+ oz.;
