Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    191.8 lbs.
Previous Weight (4/9/25):          191.9 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    -  0.1 lbs.
Diet Comment
I think I figured it out. For the last three weeks, I've been taking a new supplement that supplies a heavy dose of capsaicin. I think this is what has kept me losing weight while going definitely off-plan eating. 

Weight loss is not the goal of the supplement, but a welcome side-effect.
Food Log
Breakfast
2:30pm: LEO (Lox, eggs and onions) With Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain toast with cream cheese and sweet potatoes.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
11:55pm: Greek yogurt, a Quest bar, celery and peanut butter (also spooned the peanut butter to finish the jar).
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 21 oz.;  Water: 40+ oz.; and a Jameson's Irish whiskey.
