Diet Comment
Well, this is it. My first official weigh-in of 2025. I lost over five pounds eating like an absolute King in Chiang Mai, Cuenca, LA and Wiolbur By the Sea, never cooking my own food for four months. How? High-quality, fresh, local ingredients.
Which didn't happen with the eating I did today. With this large calorie intake, I will be surprised if I don't register a weight gain tomorrow.
Food Log
Breakfast
12:10pm: Scrambled eggs on toast (Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread).

3:30pm: Mixed nuts and chili-spice coated dried mangoes, and Greek yogurt.
Dinner
8:35pm, at Pump Pizza: Chicken parmesan pannini and a salad..
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 0 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.;
