Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    193.5 lbs.
Previous Weight (4/7/25):          194.2 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    -  0.7 lbs.
Diet Comment
Usually, dining out means weight gain. Except when I travel, dining out every meal (almost always twice a day - breakfast and dinner). I never gain weight. Why? I believe it's because of the quality of the ingredients (rarely processed). It certainly isn't because of the macronutrients or quantity. 

So, yesterday, I had a gyro (with beef!) and an order of falafel (deep-fried seasoned chick-pea balls) from one of my favorite local restaurants, Kabob House. I have no explanation why this high-carb, high-calorie meal didn't cause a spike in weight, let alone leave me with a loss, if it isn't due to the quality of the ingredients.

Breakfast
1:20pm:
Super oatmeal and quinoa (steel-cut oats, quinoa, chia seeds, hemp seeds, blueberries, cherries, whey protein, walnuts, kefir, Greek yogurt, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, mushroom powder, cinnamon).
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
8:55pm, at Pump Pizza: Chicken-spinach-goat cheese-sun-dried tomatoes panini.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.; and a nice pour of Tullamore Dew Irish whiskey.
