Not really a change - no comment, other than that it's the Labor Day weekend, and my next post will be Tuesday, September 2, at which time I hope I haven't gained too much weight.

1:15pm: Italian-style chicken sausage and veggie omelet (cabbage, kale, mushrooms, onions, peppers, spinach, cheddar cheese) and sweet potatoes.
