Continuing the recent trend of weight gain, helped by immoderate eating of high-calorie food (a lot of nuts and cheese and chocolate last night).

Dinner9:35pm: Mixed nuts, gouda cheese. A Quest bar. An 84% chocolate bar.

Espressos: 1; Coffee: 10 oz.; Water: 64+ oz.; A mojito.
