Diet Comment
A nice loss, the first correction to the upwards trend of my weight that started ten days ago. Back on the downward weight trend line.
Food Log
Breakfast
12:15pm: Smoked salmon and veggie omelet. Brussels sprouts. Ezekiel 4:9 Flax toast with cream cheese.

Lunch
4:45pm: Skyr 'sundae' (skyr, blueberries, walnuts, cacao nibs, honey). An ounce of dark chocolate.
Dinner
11:55pm: Veggie pasta bolognese (Quorn Meatless Grounds, Rao's marinara sauce, kale, spinach, sweet peas, Edamame mung bean fettuccine, shaved parmesan cheese).
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 10 oz.; Water: 64+ oz.; and a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey
