A halt to my increasing weight. I like it, coming off my high weight for the year.

Breakfast
12:55pm: Sardines (with mayonnaise, celery and onions), a fried egg, and Ezekiel 4:9 Flax toast with cream cheese.

4:45pm: Chili-spiced dried mango. Mixed nuts.
Dinner
8:35pm: Veggie pasta bolognese (Quorn Meatless Grounds, Rao's Marinara sauce, kale, spinach, Edamame spaghetti, shaved parmesan cheese). A Quest Bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 10 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.;
