Net Loss/Gain: + 1.9 lbs.
Diet Comment
A 'bad' weekend, and I'm at the high weight of the year. Sigh. It's a good weight, more than five pounds below my original goal weight from 2010, which I reached more than fourteen years ago. But I was happier five pounds lighter.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:10pm: Prosciutto and veggie omelet with Swiss cheese.

Lunch
5:45pm: Mixed nuts and a Quest Bar.
Dinner
9:35pm: Salmon burger on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread with guacamole. Mixed salad (cabbage, Spring mix, spinach, tomatoes) with blue cheese dressing. Skyr 'sundae' (skyr, blueberries, walnuts, cacao nibs, stevia).
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 72+ oz.;
