Net Loss/Gain: + 2.6 lbs.
Diet Comment
A big gain for one day. Probably an anomaly, we'll see how the rest of the week goes. It is within a pound-and-a-half of my high weight of the year (194.4 lbs.), which happened (twice) in May, and my highest weight since then. To be fair, I earned it by eating a long, long dinner - lots of calories over an almost 2-hour stretch.

Breakfast
12:55pm: Prosciutto and veggie omelet with Swiss cheese. Sweet potatoes.

3:45pm: Mixed nuts and dark chocolate. A Quest bar.
Dinner
8:35m: A B.A.S. (Big-ass salad with chicken breast, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, tomatoes, shaved parmesan cheese, walnuts, and blue cheese dressing). A Quest Bar.
Snack
11:15pm: Cream cheese and walnuts on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax bread.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 72+ oz.;
