Diet Comment
A little gain to solidify the weight-gain trend that stalled last week. Aldi was out of the unsalted mixed nuts, so I bought the salty version, and that made up most of the calories I had yesterday, along with a lot of water. Without the capseicin supplement (which seems to be at least partly responsible for this year's unusual - as in, unintentional - weight loss) and with salt's water-retaining properties, I'm blaming the nuts for the gain. I'm taking this hypothesis with a (ahem!) grain of salt.
