Diet Comment
Back-to-back days of high-carb, high-calorie eating means I am more than happy to have gained less than a pound over the weekend.
Food Log
Breakfast
2:25pm: LEO (lox, eggs and onions) with a slice Ezekiel 4:9 Flax toast, and brussels sprouts.

Lunch
5:45pm: Carrots and blue cheese dressing. Skyr 'sundae' (skyr, chia seeds, walnuts, cacao nibs, honey). An ounce of dark chocolate.
Dinner
9:05pm: Italian-style chicken sausage on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax bread with homemade spicy coleslaw. Popcorn. Mixed nuts and gouda cheese. A Quest Bar. Two ounces of dark chocolate.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 10 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.;
