Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    193.6 lbs.
Previous Weight (8/12/25):         193.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    +  0.6 lbs.
Diet Comment
Another gain. I have been gaining weight since I stopped taking capsaicin at the end of July. Still not at my year's high, I have seen an increase in my appetite, which might be related to the weed I've been smoking. Not that that will make me stop smoking. Last night, after I had finished dinner, I got a craving. I am week. My first 'midnight snack' in a long time. Until then, I was on plan, and probably wouldn't have seen this gain.
Food Log
Breakfast
12:25pm: 
SPOG (sardines, peas, onions and eggs) with sweet potatoes.
Lunch
4:45pm: Skyr 'sundae' (skyr, blueberries, walnuts, cacao nibs, honey).
Dinner
9:35pm: Chicken sandwich on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax bread with guacamole. Salad with Spring Mix, cabbage, spinach, tomatoes, peas and blue cheese dressing.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 10 oz.;  Water: 66+ oz.;
