Diet Comment
A continuation from yesterday, hopefully starting a trend. Trying not to have expectations about further loss, but I would like to get back to 190 or less.

Breakfast
1:15pm:

6:15pm, at King David's Middle Eastern Restaurant: Veggie Plate (salad with tzaziki, falafel, hummus, baba ganoush, taboulleh).
Dinner
10:20pm: Mixed nuts and chile coated dry mango. A Quest Bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.; and an unsweetened ice tea, and 12 oz. can of hard cider
