A B.A.S - big-ass salad - with Spring Mix, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, prosciutto, chicken, shaved parmesan and Blue Cheese dressing.
Snack
12:00am: Mixed nuts and chile-crusted dry mangoes.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
