Diet Comment
No change, and that's great over a long weekend. Just staying on the trend line. Of course, if I maintain this weight, I will be over the trend line, but that's okay. This is my lightest year in more than two decades. Maybe more than four decades.

1:55pm: Prosciutto and veggie omelet (prosciutto, cabbage, kale, mushrooms, onions, peppers, spinach, gouda cheese) and brussels sprouts.

9:35pm: Dal tadka (lentil curry) with spinach on riced cauliflower. Mixed nuts. A Quest bar.
