No change, no comment. Well, all right, it is always satisfying not to gain weight on the weekend (when I'm not checking or tracking my food).

Dinner
8:10pm: Veggie Sloppy Joe (Quorn Meatless Grounds, Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce, chopped kale and spinach, balsamic vinegar, chia seeds and hemp seeds) on riced cauliflower with lentils and nutritional yeast. Dark Chocolate Lover's 86% chocolate.
Snack
10:30pm: Cream cheese and walnuts on Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grains bread.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 60+ oz.;
