Nice tolose the weight I gained yesterday.

Breakfast
1:50pm: Veggies and eggs (eggs, Swiss cheese, broccoli, cabbage, lentils, onions, peppers and mushrooms).
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
7:55pm: Chicken breast on Dave's Killer 21 bread with coleslaw. Sweet potatoes. Dave's Killer 21 toast with cream cheese and honey, and an ounce of the Dark Chocolate Lover's 85% cacao chocolate.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 18 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
