Food and Diet

Net Loss/Gain:                     -  0.9 lbs.
Diet Comment
The bumpy road continues. It's been a crazy year, so far. Coming from an illness-related extreme weight loss at the end of last year, I've gained a rather upsetting amount of weight back, to a weight higher than it was before I got sick. Backing that down has proved daunting, and in the ten weeks since I've gotten back home, unsuccessful. But I have succeeded many times before, and I can see me back in the low 190s before too long.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:30pm:
Super oatmeal and quinoa (steel-cut oats, quinoa, chia seeds, hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, kefir, Greek yogurt, cacao nibs).
Lunch
4:20pm: A Quest bar amd peanut butter and The Dark Chocolate Lover's 85% cacao chocolate.
Dinner
8:40pm: Melted cheese on Dave's Killer bread. Dal tadka (lentil curry) with sweet peas and sweet potatoes and The Dark Chocolate Lover's 85% cacao chocolate.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 21 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.;
