Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                     197.4
 lbs.
Previous Weight (6/18/26):          196.9 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     +  0.5 lbs.
Diet Comment
Not bad. All the (weight) damage done was due to a special Father's Day meal on Sunday (a gigantic order from the Cajun shrimp boil at a gig I played at: shrimp, mussels, sausage, potatoes, corn on the cobb and corn bread). Usually, when I eat like that, it shows up as an added pound or more, so I think I dodged a bullet. Also, my losing trend is still intact.
Food Log
Breakfast
12:50pm: Garbage plate: Broccoli, eggs, mozzarella cheese, onions, peppers, lentils, mushrooms, potatoes.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
7:55pm: Beef hamburger on Dave's Killer 21 bread with coleslaw, sweet potatoes. A Quest bar and The Dark Chocolate Lover's 85% cacao chocolate.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 24 oz.;  Water: 56+ oz.;
