Diet Comment
Nice loss over the weekend. I've been feeling low-energy lately. I think I may be caught in a low-motion spiral. My inclination for relaxation has me moving less, and when I do, I get fatigued quicker, so move less... on and on. I'm feeling old.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:10pm: 
Cabbage and feta cheese omelet with onions, peppers, lentils and mushrooms, with breakfast sausage (chicken) and brussels sprouts.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
10:55pm: Grilled cheese sandwich (Swiss cheese, Dave's Killer 21 bread), sweet potatoes and chili-coated mangoes.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 44+ oz.;
