12:55pm: Feta, onions, cabbage and prosciutto omelet and sweet potatoes.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
7:15pm: Peanut butter on Dave's Killer 21 Grains and Seeds bread. A Quest bar. Dark Chocolate Lover's 85% cacao chocolate.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
